Excerpt from the Afterword
Through the days of absence due to illness, I once again quietly looked back on the many matches of the past. What is shogi? What is a match? This is an eternal question for all shogi players. Fortunately, my childhood dream of being able to play against a Meijin (grandmaster) with a handicap came true, and I was also able to attain the Meijin title, the highest honor. This was an unexpected joy.
Overall, there is discoloration. There are no markings.
