This particular listing is for a near mint in the original box Madame Alexander Cissette Godey Portrette doll in the original picture box and dating back to 1968. This blond beauty has flawless makeup with deep pink lips vibrant cheek blush, dramatic black painted side and lower lashes, blue eye shadow and black feathered brows. She has a fancy blond hair style with spit curls on each side and two fuller ones at the top of her head. Te doll has matching pink finger nail polish. Her elaborate gown is in a pink satin partially covered in pink lace with tiny pink satin bows in the front coming down the bodice and two tiers of ruffled satin on the bottom of the skirt and up the back. She completes her look with with a natural horsehair straw hat that turns up on one side where it is accented with silk rose flowers and green leaves.
