Dichroic art glass sterling silver. These almost glow or shimmer with the reflections similar to opals or labradorite, but they are colored gold, Amber, yellow, and orange. The top of the dome of the glass reflects the lights like an iridescent purple color in normal lighting as seen in the pictures. These are a very cool most likely vintage set of earrings.
The glass is 17mm diameter with Sterling it’s 21mm. From center of back to front they are slightly over 9mm, so fairly thick which probably helps with the refractive properties of the glass giving a 3d like iridescence.
They are clip-ons and weigh 7.1g each or 14.2g total.
